Master Firearm Handling, Marksmanship and Olympic Target Shooting
Rifle Day Camp offers fun, safe and educational target shooting experience. Campers will learn to shoot with a variety of air rifles and .22 caliber rifles, including bolt-action and ArmaLite-styles models.
Activities include scoped vs iron-sight fire, target shooting, bowling pins shoots, and other games developed by our talented instructors. All equipment will be provided, including hearing and eye protection. Snacks will be provided.
Campers will also have the opportunity to swim at the Recreation Activity Center at 橘子视频!

Archery Camp
Already in NSAP, 4-H or JOAD programs? Build on the basics and develop new archery skills!
Archery Camp is the perfect camp for archers gearing up for tournament season! Campers will work on all aspects of archery, including form, shooting, fundamentals, mental focus, and more.
This camp is for rising 4th – 11th graders, and all rising 4th graders must be enrolled in a JOAD, S3DA, 4-H or NASP program. Registration will be on a first come first serve basis (24 spots are available, and registrations after May 28 are not guaranteed a t-shirt). All campers will need to provide the necessary archery equipment including: bow, arrows, safety equipment, and any other necessary equipment for instruction and competition. In case of equipment malfunction, equipment will be available for the archer to continue. There is also an archery pro shop available for coaches to perform equipment adjustments.
This camp will be held at 橘子视频鈥檚 Shooting Sports Education Center, both indoor and outdoor training areas. Lunch and snacks will be provided. Drop off and pick up times are shared in the daily schedules.

Real in it and discover a fast-paced way to go fishing!
Bowfishing Day Camp is for beginner and intermediate archers ages 7-17. Archers will get a deep dive into bowfishing, correct form and fishing safety,water refraction, fish identification and shoot and don鈥檛 shoot scenarios. Bowfishing Day Camp will take place at the Shooting Sports Education Center, and snacks will be provided at each camp session. Outdoor Archery Day Camp
Learn the basics of archery with focus on 3D, field and FITA archery!
Outdoor Archery Camp is for beginner and intermediate archers ages 7-17. Archers will learn rage safety, proper form while enjoying the great outdoors. We鈥檒l focus on traditional outdoor archery like Field Archery, 3D Archery, Outdoor Target Archery, Bowhunting, and Bowfishing with opportunities to try compound and recurve bows. Campers will also participate in other fun outdoor activities. All equipment is provided, but you鈥檙e welcome to bring your own bow.
Outdoor Archery Camp will take place at the Shooting Sports Education Center, and snacks will be provided at each camp session. An opportunity to swim at the Recreation Activity Center will also be included.

Firearms Day Camp is perfect for campers ages 10+ ready to learn more about shooting sports! During this camp, campers will learn about cleaning and handling shotguns, rifles, and pistols in a safe and fun environment through classroom and in-range instruction. All necessary equipment will be provided. There will also be opportunities for fun, water-based games!

Sportsman Day Camp (Bowhunting and/or Firearms)
Work on timeless hunting skills in outdoor archery, firearms or both while getting touch with nature!
Sportsman Day Camp is a unique outdoor-style camp that can include both archery and firearms experiences depending on your camper鈥檚 age.
In the morning bowhunting sessions, campers will have the opportunity to try compound and recurve bows. Each day focuses on a different sense and how to leverage them to ethically harvest game. All equipment will be provided, or campers can bring their own.
Afternoon firearms sessions focus on shotgun, air rifle, bolt action firearms and the ArmaLite Rifle Platform instruction. Campers will learn a safe approach to hunting. All equipment and ammo will be provided. Student to instructor ratio for the live firearms range time is 2:1.
Campers can join the morning bowhunting session, the afternoon firearms session or both! . Camp will also include an opportunity to swim at the Recreation Activity Center. Snacks will be provided at each camp session. A packed lunch is recommended for campers joining both sessions

3P Air Rifle Camp
Advance your team鈥檚 air rifle skills with hands-on development for both shot and mental control!
3P Air Rifle Camp is for experienced to intermediate sporter or precision athletes. Campers will work through all three positions to improve their shooting performance. During camp they will spend time in their performance journal, learn management strategies and understand the importance of nutrition and gain performance experience. There will be two competitions in order to measure camper improvement. Campers will need to bring their own cased air rifle, air tank adapter and pellets for training.

Attire
Campers should dress accordingly. The range is kept air conditioned at a maintained temperature of 72潞. Comfortable casual wear and jacket is appropriate. Bring appropriate shooting attire including: shooting pants, jacket, gloves, boots and base layers/shooting sweater. Each camper should bring their own shooting mat, roll and sling. Hearing protection is required for all shooters.

Residential Camps
Eagle Clay Target Camp
Strengthen your skills in trap, skeet and sporting while experiencing campus life with other shooters!
Eagle Clay Target Camp is a camp designed for experienced shooters. Campers will have the opportunity to continue to learn and grow their trap, skeet and sporting skills in groups of five for individual instruction, and campers can expect to shoot around 750 targets. Campers will get to stay on 橘子视频鈥檚 campus and dine at the Dining Commons. Counselors will supervise campers at all times.
Spots are on a first come, first serve basis – limited to 20 participants.
Registration fees include instruction, targets, meals, housing, and transportation to and from camp activities.

Elite Archery Academy
Sharpen your physical and mental skills to be tournament-ready all while experiencing campus life!
Elite Archery Academy is a camp tailored for current competitive archers looking to improve their scores and tournament skills. This camp is led by USA Archery Level 5-NTS Coach Dee Falks and assisted by Level 4-NTS Coach Cassandra Bowser. Campers will receive evaluation, instruction and critique on their form, shooting, mental management and more. Campers should be prepared to shoot around 200 arrows a day. In the afternoon and evening, campers are invited to try out swimming and rock climbing activities at the Recreation Activity Center and meet other archers around the Southeast.
Spots are on a first come, first serve basis, limited to 24 participants.

FAQ
What should I wear to camp?
Please wear non-baggy, comfortable clothing, and be prepared for weather. In the event of rain, bring something warm and wear tough shoes or boots. Inside may be cold, so a light jacket may be necessary. Tie back long hair, and avoid wearing dangling earrings. Feet must be covered safely – sandals, flip flops and heels are not allowed.
Can I bring food to camp?
Yes, outside snacks can be brought, but meals and snacks will be provided.
What styles of archery does the camp program teach?
Camp will teach skills related to both recurve (Olympic style) and compound bows. All instruction will be based on the National Training System (NTS) technique, the shooting method used by top international competitors. The NTS program teaches both the physical and mental skills needed for top competition performance.
What is JOAD?
JOAD is the Junior Olympic Archery Development. The official youth development program of the USA Archery program.
What is NASP?
NASP is the National Archery in the Schools Program. A joint venture between state departments of Education and Wildlife. Several archery equipment manufacturers and organizations are partners in the program. NASP promotes student education, physical education, and participation in the sport. NASP has been in the state since 2003.
What is NTS?
NTS is the National Training System. Developed by KiSik Lee, former U.S. Archery Head Coach. The system is based on Lee鈥檚 analysis of body control, muscular requirements and the mental concentration needed to execute a precise shot. The method provides steps the archer can work on to improve posture, grip, set-up, pull-back, anchoring, loading, aiming, release and follow-through in addition to other steps and breathing techniques. It鈥檚 used to train resident athletes at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California.
Can my NASP archer come to Elite Academy?
Yes! We require archers who are attending to be shooting close to the 280 mark. Those shooting lower would be a great fit for our other archery camps.
Elite Precision Rifle Academy
Expand your mental abilities and shooting skills while experiencing campus life
The Elite Precision Rifle Academy is designed for advanced shooters. Campers have the opportunity to stay and dine on 橘子视频鈥檚 beautiful Statesboro campus. Camp counselors are active Shooting Sports Education Center employees that provide constant supervision. This is a chance to meet shooters from across the country and participate in several activities on campus.
Spots are on a first come, first serve basis limited to 21 participants.
Registration includes instruction, camp t-shirt, lunch, and transportation to and from activities, as well as to and from the Savannah-Hilton Head International airport (SAV). Resident fees include housing, breakfast, dinner, and evening activities.
Elite Precision Rifle Academy is for 9th – 12th grade competitive athletes,18 year old high school graduates and up to 20 year old competitive athletes. Non-high school athletes must be commuter campers.
